Ice-cream Sundae Cupcakes

These are super cute and perfect for parties! 

Ice-cream Sundae Cupcakes:
1 cup + 2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp cocoa
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
2/3 cup non-dairy milk
1/3 cup oil or oil substitute like vegan yogurt, applesauce, etc.
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Bake at 350 F / 180 C for 20-22 minutes. Decorate with vanilla frosting, chocolate sauce, crushed nuts or sprinkles and a cherry on top!
